Color

A Color holds a color as red, green, blue and alpha, where alpha is how opaque it is. Some colors have no alpha, such as the emissive color of a material, because opacity means nothing there.

It is shown as a swatch in the color. Clicking the swatch opens a picker with an area for saturation and brightness, a slider for the hue, and a number field for each of red, green, blue and alpha, so a color can be picked by eye or typed exactly. Everything done while the picker is open is one undo step.

Each of the four components can be connected on its own. A single number connected to the whole color fills all four, which gives a gray. A Vector 4 maps to red, green, blue and alpha in that order, and a Vector 3 fills red, green and blue and leaves alpha alone.
